The Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure
The Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure govern procedure and practice in all Oregon circuit courts (except for the small claims department).

ORCP - Effective January 1, 2020
Amendments to the ORCP Promulgated by the Council on Court Procedures on December 12, 2020 - will become effective on January 1, 2022.
Includes amendments to Rules 15, 21, 27, 31, and 55. These promulgated amendments were sent to the Legislature at the beginning of the legislative session in February of 2021 and will become effective as law on January 1, 2022.
