ORCP History

These pages contain links to documents from past biennia.  An electronic archiving project is in process which will put all past Council history into PDF format and make it available online. This is an extensive project that will take some time. Please note that the documents on this website are the most complete available to the Council; however, they have been scanned from paper copies. Since the quality of the original documents may not have been perfect and they may have included historical artifacts such as handwriting, the optical character recognition process may not have accurately captured every word. Bear in mind that the search function will therefore not be perfect.

If you need to look at materials that have not yet made their way online, you may contact one of the law libraries located on our Resources page to look at hard copies.  If you find a missing attachment, appendix, etc., from any of the biennia which are already online, please let us know and we will do our best to locate it for you.
